I got this, I cannot backup unless I get a desktop computor, also will not sync with other ipads. I now have the desktop version with the sync part. cannot synk unless i am home and the home computer is on and pocketmoney is running. Also I still caint sync my ipads. why noy have the sync through ICLOUD

Like others since Ive updated to the new iOS pocketmoney keeps crashing, features have quit and its posting transactions on its own. Finally had enough and had to buy a different app to track my finances. Sad as I use to love this app.

You need to fix the bugs since io7 upgrade. So fix it now!!!

Having used Pocket Money for a long time, Im sadly thinking we may need to find an alternative since the upgrade to iOS7 makes the constant crashing quite a nuisance. Please, please debug so we can keep using. Its a wonderful app!

Ive been using this app for a long time and really like it BUT there are some major bugs! For example; If Im behind in entering repeat transactions for the same bill, lets say a weekly payment for something, and I try to enter them the app freezes! The only solution is to shutdown my iPad and restart! I will continue using this app but am starting to look at alternatives.

The app crashes every time I switch account. No longer posts recurring expenses ahead of time automatically without locking. Having to reset time in order to unlock and deactivate automatic posting... Now looking for a better iPad accounting app and a Windows program as January is the beginning of a financial year for me. HomeBudget might be the answer. I cannot recommend PocketMoney to anyone as it is. It was excellent before the IOS7. Never had a problem. Unfortunately it no longer works as originally designed and it is time to switch.

So sad that this wonderful little app is no longer supported. I too, like many long time users found this tool to be invaluable. When looking to see when a fix would be coming to the multiple crashes, I looked at the catamount website and it indicated the developer, Hardy, had passed away. At the time of my investigation there was no commitment made to carry on the product other than a heartfelt wish that it would. Sadly, this app has deteriorated so much due to neglect that I need to find a substitute. I feel it wrong to offer this product for money on the App Store with no intent or commitment to upkeep the product. Taking money from potential users is wrong. Rest in peace Hardy.

I have been using PocketMoney for approximately two years and love it! When I upgraded to iOS 7, I had nuisance problems with the app crashing, no loss or changes in data. I emailed Peter at Catamount who provided an easy fix and I have had no problems cents. I sync with two iPads and an iPhone and have had no difficulty transferring data. It has been and continues to be great a great app and I am pleased with the support provided by Catamount.

I echo another reviewer in that I have used Pocket Money for a long time with virtually no issues. But when I upgraded to the iOS 7 compatible version the software crashes on me nearly every single day. Very disappointing. This was a 5-star app by far before the upgrade. It has been months of crashes...please fix them.

I used to love this app. Havent been able to log in for months because it keeps telling me about an automatic post and wont let me enter my password. I keep looking for an update but it seems that one is not coming and its time to cut my losses.

Finely got the app back but keep closing regularly like when it first came in on IOS. It getting anoying again.

I have been using PocketMoney app and its Desktop companion software for last 6 years and love it. Never found anything close enough to it. All my finances since 2010 are in it and I can enter and access info about them in a second. This is the best personal finance software. Period. If youre new, try the lite version and see for yourself. It is so easy to use, yet powerful and smart.

Great app! Switched back to this app from MoneyWiz. The bugs appear to be worked out and looking forward to more updates. Dropbox sync would be nice. Would recommend this app to others.

Ive been using Pocketmoney since 2010. Its been very very good to me. Even during the period that it went into hibernation, I continued using it because I havent found anything better. My workflow includes capturing transactions and transferring them monthly into Quicken 2005 where I manage my financial records. I am glad youve found the resources to ring it back and support it. I look forward to new features that you develop. One thin g I would request is the ability to increase font size for older eyes. Thank you.

I am so happy to see this update for Pocket Money. I have used it since my Palm Pilot days and I was so disappointed when the updates stopped and it dropped out of the App Store. It says a lot for the quality of the software that it has dealt with all of the iOS version changes and kept working perfectly despite the lack of updates. I have never found anything else that even comes close for money management and budgeting, it works so well that I gave up my pc and do all of my banking on my iPhone and iPad. Does not force me to keep my private financial data in the cloud like most other budget/finance apps. Syncs perfectly between devices and down loading credit card transactions is a breeze. Thank you for updating and supporting my most used and most loved app, I never gave up on it and I am so happy that I can count on it being around for a long time now.

Originally purchased to allow updates of Quicken. Now my main chequebook app.

Touch ID coming soon! Thatll make it a 6 star rating for me. Ive used and loved pocket money for quite a while. I still use and like the program very much but since upgrading to iOS 7.0.3 Ive been experiencing a lot of crashes. Fortunately, I havent lost any data but it is a bit annoying. Prior to this I dont ever recall a crash. Hopefully the next update will fix this. Until then, I cant give it 5 stars. Update: 24 June 2014 now running iOS 7.1.1. Nothing has changed. Crashes no more 5 stars as promised!

I have paid for Pocket Money 1 to remove advertisement and now I get daily advertisement for Pocket Money 2 every day when I open Pocket Money!!!

export data CSV in Japanese is not readable even on Japanese PC with Japanese OS and Japanese Excel. Kanji comes crucked. It would be better to add HTML export feature

Its a great APP ever!
